Protect the seal: The common problem with the inspection port is the internal leather gasket or sealing ring. When packaging, make sure that the leather pad is intact and not deformed or pressed against the threaded buckles, otherwise water may leak out later.
Shock-proof buffering: Transportation vibration may cause plastic parts to bump or crack, especially at welding or joints. It is recommended to use cushioning materials such as EPE pearl cotton and set up physical isolation when packaging multiple pieces to avoid direct contact.
Moisture-proof and sun-proof: After packaging, plastic parts must be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place to avoid sun exposure or rain to prevent aging and deformation.
Fix to prevent displacement: The package should be fixed with strapping tape or partitions to avoid shaking and collision during transportation. Corner guards can be added when bundling to prevent damage to the surface coating.
Clear labeling: The outer packaging should be marked with product name, model, quantity, production batch and other information to facilitate identification and traceability.
