Class B fire door: the fire resistance limit is ≥1.0h, which is mandatory when the access door opens to the floor to expand the front room, close the stairwell, the front room of the smoke-proof stairwell or some special areas with a building height greater than 100m. Class-A fire door: the fire resistance limit is ≥1.5h, which is rarely used for ordinary access doors, and only found in special mezzanine or extremely high fire separation requirements.
