ABS material characteristics Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene is a thermoplastic with good comprehensive properties;

mechanical property High strength and toughness: impact resistance, good toughness at low temperature (-4 0℃), and elastic modulus of 2.2 GPA.

Stiffness: the surface hardness is high, the dimensional stability is good, and the mechanical strength and bending strength are at the middle plastic level.

Thermal performance Heat resistance: ordinary ABS has a heat resistance temperature of about 80-97℃, and can withstand 100℃ for a short time without deformation.

Low-temperature stability: good performance in the range of -40℃ to 70℃ Chemical and electrical properties Corrosion resistance: chemical corrosion resistance, but soluble in organic solvents such as ketones and aldehydes. Electrical insulation: stable electrical insulation performance, not affected by humidity and frequency.
